Need a container for your new plant but don't want to purchase a new container?
Try making one out of soda bottles.
Procedures:

1. Gather the following: 1.5 soda bottles, knife and scissors. |

2. Remove the label. | | | | | | | | | | | |

|
3. Prick a hole in the bottle. |
|
|
|
4. Cut the bottle into half. |
|
5. The top portion of the bottle will be the pot, the bottom portion will be the water container.
|
|
6. Poke holes in the cap. |
|
|
|
|
7. Poke holes in the upper portion of the bottle. |
|
|
8. The holes will be for drainage. |
|
|
9. Place the upper part of the bottle upside down on the other half. |
|
|
|
10. Filled the lower part of the bottle with water. |
|
|
11. Place soil in the bottle that will serve as a pot. Place on top of the other half with water. |

|
12. Plant your favorite vegetables and flowers. Occasionally change the water on the bottom container to avoid mosquitoes from laying eggs on it. | | |
